Linked, with music
The first thread app made only for music.
No recipes, no politics, no cousin's gender reveal: just music. Follow the artists you actually listen to, drop a take, argue about the new album, and trade recommendations with people who get it.
How it works
Follow. Post. Argue nicely.

01
Follow the artists you care about
Your feed starts with the artists you actually listen to, not a trending page. Manage the list any time, and what you see stays about the music you follow.
-
02
Start or join a thread
A take, a recommendation, a "have you heard this yet": post it, tag the genre, and it lands in the feed of everyone following that sound.
-
03
Talk it out in the comments
Every thread has a real comment section underneath it, and that's where the actual conversation happens, in real time.
The product
One app, one topic, done properly.
Be yourself
No persona to keep up, no sponsored posts, no ads, nothing pulling you away from the music. Post the take you'd actually say out loud: Musink is built for real opinions about real music, not a highlight reel.
Real-time, actually
New replies and reactions land while you're looking at the thread, not on your next pull-to-refresh.
No noise
No ads, no unrelated feed, no "you might also like" outside of music. If it's not about music, it's not on Musink.
For You, or just Following
Switch between a discovery feed and a plain chronological feed of people and artists you follow. Your call, always visible, never hidden in a settings menu.
A profile that shows taste, not just followers
Cover photo, stats, the threads you've actually posted: your Musink profile reads like a music diary, not a follower-count contest.
Behind Musink
A training ground, disguised as an app.
Musink is, as far as I know, the first thread and social app built around one single subject: music, and nothing else. No general feed, no off-topic noise, just people trading opinions, recommendations and the occasional heated take on the new album.
It's also a personal-training project, built to push my own limits past what a portfolio app usually covers: managing real online users at scale, handling large volumes of data, calling third-party APIs, and reacting to real-time interactions as they happen, all organized through The Composable Architecture (TCA), so the app stays testable and predictable as it grows. It's everything I'd want a future employer to know I can actually do.

Questions
Good to know.
Is Musink free?+
Yes. It's early, and the priority right now is getting the core experience right, not monetizing it.
Do I need to be a musician or artist to use it?+
No, Musink is for listeners first. If you have an opinion about music, you have a place here.
What can I actually post?+
Threads tagged by genre: takes, recommendations, questions, "have you heard this" posts, anything that's actually about music.
Is there a web version?+
Not yet. Musink is on iPhone for now (get it on the App Store), and the Android app is coming soon on Google Play.
