Terms of Service

You must be at least 14 years old. Give accurate information, keep your credentials safe and do not impersonate anyone. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

You keep the rights to what you post. You allow us to host, show and distribute it inside Musink so that the service works. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to post it.

Musink has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Do not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, spam, or that infringes other people's rights, and do not misuse the service or try to access other people's data.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. You can report posts, comments or users from the … menu in the app, and block users you don't want to see. You can also report content or users to support@astrall.app. We act on reports within 24 hours.

Artist, album and track information and artwork come from Spotify and belong to their respective owners. Musink is not affiliated with Spotify.

You can stop using Musink and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may stop the service, giving reasonable notice when possible.

Musink is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, for content posted by other users or for loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts.
